Ms. Herrera Flórez is a Registered Nurse and telephonic health coach at Cigna specializing in helping clients achieve their health-related goals, such as exercise, nutrition, weight management, smoking cessation, stress reduction, and chronic condition management. In addition to her successful career, Ms. Herrera Flórez volunteered at Fairview Health Services, assisting health team members with cleaning and gathering supplies for patient care.
