Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Pensacola Named EntreCon Employer of the Year

December 08, 2022 // Franchising.com // PENSACOLA, Fla. - Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Pensacola recently was named the 2022 EntreCon® Employer of the Year.

The celebration was part of the Studer Community Institute’s annual EntreCon Awards held at The Rex Theater in Pensacola in November.

The award is given to businesses that have an outstanding and supportive work environment with a focus on training programs, an understanding of work-life balance and career progression. Office Pride was recognized in the category for the way its team inspires and motivates its growing and diverse staff.

As the economy boomed, hiring and retaining workers became a challenge. Office Pride of Pensacola created a coaching program to help integrate new employees and engage them as part of the company. The program serves as a road map for trainers and supervisors to purposefully follow up with employees during the first six months of work. It led to the lowest turnover rate the company has ever had.

This award recognizes those efforts and those who work to make Office Pride of Pensacola so successful.”

The event was held in advance of the eighth annual EntreCon business and leadership conference, which brings high-caliber speakers from all over the country to downtown Pensacola. Throughout the night, 30 awards were given to companies in 15 different categories.
