With a workforce representing 88 nationalities, ahs hospitality is proud to champion diversity, empower women, recognise long-term service, and foster an inclusive workplace culture that drives excellence and belonging.
At ahs hospitality, diversity and inclusion aren’t just buzzwords—they’re the foundation of our thriving community. During Cultural Diversity Week, we proudly highlighted our remarkable workforce, consisting of team members from 88 nationalities. This multicultural environment enriches our workplace, fostering creativity, innovation, and deeper connections within our teams.
Women represent 69% of our housekeeping workforce, and their skills, dedication, and leadership continue to drive our success. International Women’s Day provided an opportunity to spotlight these inspiring women, celebrating their invaluable contributions across the company.
We are particularly proud of our team members’ exceptional commitment. With 61 employees serving over 15 years and 32 exceeding 20 years, ahs hospitality is clearly committed to career development and long-term growth. Recently, we celebrated the remarkable achievements of Leanne and Diane, who have marked 35 and 25 years respectively. Their dedication exemplifies the supportive culture we’ve cultivated.
Inclusivity at ahs hospitality means creating opportunities for everyone, across all ages and abilities. With 28% youth team members and 13% experienced senior employees, our workplace encourages knowledge-sharing and mentorship. We also proudly support team members on supported wages, demonstrating our commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
Celebrations such as Cultural Diversity Week, Harmony Day, International Women’s Day, and Housekeeping Week help reinforce our inclusive and welcoming culture. Each event strengthens bonds and highlights the importance of every team member’s unique experience and contribution.
