Miss Universe Philippines 2025 releases prelims schedule, finale hosts

The preliminary competition of the Miss Universe Philippines 2025 pageant and the finale of the 2025 Mister Pilipinas Worldwide contest will take place on the same evening on April 28.
The announcement was posted on the sibling contests’ respective social media accounts on Saturday evening, April 12. The two national competitions are run by Empire Philippines.
The Miss Universe Philippines pageant, meanwhile, also announced that Kapuso actress Gabbi Garcia will return as finale host on May 2, where she will be joined by Xian Lim.
Garcia debuted as host in last year’s pageant, joining Kapuso star Alden Richards, 2022 Miss Universe R’Bonney Gabriel, and Hollywood host Jeannie Mai in the 2024 competition show.
Additional hosts, musical performers, and other celebrity guests for the 2025 Miss Universe Philippines coronation show at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City will be released later on.
For the preliminary competition, fans may troop to the Newport Performing Arts Theater at the Newport World Resorts in Pasay City. The program will start at 8 PM.
This will be a very important stage of the competition, as the ladies’ performance in the program will help determine who will advance to the next round of competition during the finale on May 2.
The 2025 Mister Pilipinas Worldwide finale will be held in the same venue, and is scheduled at 6 PM. Spectators only need to purchase one ticket to watch the back-to-back shows.
