Gazprom Neft once again leads the Randstad Award “best employer” ratings

Gazprom Neft has, for the second year in a row, been named the best employer among Russia’s national companies under this year’s international Randstad Award, winning its first-place rating on the basis of an independent survey of 9,500 respondents across Russia’s entire working population, conducted in December 2017 by international research company TNS Global. More than 300 Russian companies, across all economic sectors, took part in the 2018 competition.

Kirill Kravchenko, Deputy CEO for Administration, Gazprom Neft, commented: “Topping the Randstad Award ratings for the second year in a row is a huge success — but not a surprising one. As well as all the traditional factors that make working in oil and gas attractive, Gazprom Neft has also added its own unique qualities — such as the constant pursuit of efficiency, commitment to innovation and development, and the ability to implement the most complex and ambitious projects. All of which marks Gazprom Neft out as a modern company at the global level — and the sort of company people want to work at.”

The international Randstad Award is made every year to the world’s most attractive employer. Launched by Randstad in Belgium in 2000, more than 4,000 organisations, representing dozens of countries worldwide, have taken part in the project in the 18 years it has been in existence, with 30 countries being involved in the project in 2018. The two most important prizes under the Randstad Award in each country are traditionally awarded to those national and international companies deemed the most attractive employers in the two most attractive industries to work in.

Prizes have been awarded in Russia since 2014, with research traditionally being organised by HR holding ANKOR. Since 2016 research across 30 countries worldwide has been managed by international research company TNS Global.
